Returns & Exchanges

It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your Pasta Water purchase! If you are unhappy with your order or have changed your mind, we understand and are here to help you. We are happy to accept returns and/or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. We offer refunds in the form of a full refund to your original form of payment, exchange for an item of equal value, or store credit.

Items returned after the 14-day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. If you return an item outside of the return window and/or without a return authorization, you will be asked to provide a shipping label for us to send the item back to you. If you do not send a return label for us to ship the unauthorized return to you within 7 business days, we will assume that you wish for the item to be donated and do so on your behalf.

Items must be returned in undamaged and clean condition. Returns of damaged, worn, &/or items without the tags attached will not be accepted. If you receive an item that is damaged, or in otherwise unsatisfactory condition, please alert us to the issue within 3 business days of receipt of your order. Please include detailed information along with images of the damage. We will arrange for a return label of the damaged item and a replacement item to be shipped to you right away.

To make a return, please fill out the contact us form here. Please include your order number, reason for return, and your desired return outcome (full refund, exchange, or store credit). We will send you a return authorization and pre-paid return shipping label. Simply repackage your item and drop it off at the Post Office within 14 days of receipt of your order. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your original form of payment or for your exchange order to ship to you.
