Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Times:

Please allow 1-3 business days for our team to process your order. For orders received after 5:00 PM EST, please expect the processing timeframe to begin the following business day. Once we have processed your order, delivery times will vary depending on the destination and shipping option selected at checkout. Customers can generally expect standard shipping orders to arrive within 3-7 business days. We do offer expedited shipping services at checkout for faster delivery.

Shipping Options and Costs:

We offer two shipping options to provide flexibility to you when placing your order:

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days plus 1-3 business days for processing time - $10

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days plus 1-2 business days for processing time - $20

Orders over $99 qualify for free, ground shipping.

International Shipping:

We do not offer International Shipping. Currently, we only offer shipping to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories.

Shipping Carriers:

We ship using multiple mail carriers, so please let us know proactively if you are unable to receive packages from a specific carrier. Once we ship the package, we are no longer liable for missing or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.  

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email that contains the tracking number. Please be sure to keep an eye on your email for your tracking details. If you place your order using Shopify’s SHOP, be sure to download the SHOP app for real-time status updates.   

Lost and Missing Packages:

If you discover that your tracking number says your package has arrived, but you are unable to locate your package, please contact us. We will do our best to work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that we are not liable for missing packages once they are in possession of the carrier unless we made a mistake on relaying the proper shipping address input at the time of checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations:

If you have an order change, address change, or cancellation request, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can attempt to update your order. While we will do our absolute best to make the requested change(s) to your order, we cannot guarantee that order updates will be received before your order is dispatched. Please be sure to check your shipping address and other pertinent order information before finalizing your order.
